From Hobarts Ecomax 700 Series, these gas heated lava rock chargrills are designed for grilling a variety of foods, including meat, fish and vegetables.  A removable draw makes grease collection and cleaning a simple and easy task, the larger of the units, the HEPLG78A has independent heating elements allowing you complete control over cooking temperatures and times.
